HomeMy WebLinkAbout14. 13-461 SEPTEMBER 24, 2013 OCTOBER 8, 2013 13-430 13-461 ORDINANCE FIRST READING SECOND READING (CARRIED___7-0_____LOST________LAID OVER________WITHDRAWN________) PURPOSE: APPROVE REZONING PROPERTY EAST OF JACKSON STREET, SOUTH OF SODA CREEK ROAD/JACKTAR ROAD & NORTH OF KOPE AVENUE FROM C-1 NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS WITH A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY AND R-2 TWO FAMILY TO R-3 MULTIPLE DWELLING WITH A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY INITIATED BY: JACKSON LAND COMPANY LLC PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-16 (B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS. The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the district character of the property on the east side of Jackson Street, south of Soda Creek Road/Jacktar Road and north of Kope Avenue from C-1 Neighborhood Business with a Planned Development Overlay and R-2 Two Family to R-3 Multiple Dwelling with a Planned Development Overlay, per the attached map. From C-1 PD to R-3 PD: All of Lot 1, CSM 5245, recorded as Doc. No. 1248502, Register of Deeds; and the north 50+ feet of Lot 2, CSM 5245 adjacent to the south lot line of Lots 15 and 16, Anders Plat; also the north 50+ feet of Lots 1 and 2, CSM 5246, recorded as Doc. No. 1248503, Register of Deeds, all in the 15th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, plus public right-of-way abutting said lots extending to the centerlines of Jackson Street, Soda Creek Road and Jacktar Road. From R-2 to R-3 PD: The south 307+ feet of Lot 2, CSM 5245, recorded as Doc. No. 1248502, Register of Deeds, 15th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
