Home My WebLink AboutAddendum/Menominee Express Concessions (1986) ADDENDUM To 1986 Concession Agreement at Menominee Park "Menominee Express" Concession THIS SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT, made and entered into this /9 day of , 1986, by and between Steve Sosnoski , of 1002 North Main, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, party of the first part, hereinafter called "Concessionaire", and the CITY OF OSHKOSH, a municipal corporation located in Winnebago County, hereinafter referred to as "City", party of th second part; WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City f Oshkosh, by resolution duly adopted on the 4th day of April , 1985, accepted the bid of the first party, Steve Sosnoski , and authorized and directed the proper City officials to enter into an appropriate agreement with the party of the first part for a food/beverage concession at Menominee Park in the City of Oshkosh for a period of two (2) years beginning in 1985 and ending in 1986; and WHEREAS, an agreement was signed and entered into on the 22nd day of April , 1985, WHEREAS, it is further mutually agreed that all specifics which were originally part of the food/beverage concession agreement, including paragraphs 1 thru 5 inclusive are adopted by reference without change and are part of this addendum. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to a certified letter dated January 21 , 1986 to Steve Sosnoski , the City desires to amend the agreement as follows : Amend section 1 as follows: 1 . "Party of the first part, Steve Sosnoski , shall pay to party of the second part, City of Oshkosh, fifteen percent (15%) of gross receipts from food and beverage sales in Menominee Park for the calendar year 1 986." Amend section 2 as follows: 2. "That this addendum shall be for the 1986 season beginning on the date of execution of this addendum, and ending on the 31st day of December, 1986.
