Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on August 22,
2013 to determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted:

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste.
"*Please remove the couch,furniture and other debris from the yard. These items must be stored indoors or disposed of
properly.**
Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after August 30,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of
$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/30/2013
Office hours are Mon ay through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
