Introduction Following a complaint, an inspection of your propety revealed dumpsters located on site without appropriate screening. See
attached photo.The dumpsters must be removed OR screened by the compliance date listed in this notice to avoid further
enforcement action.

Description All developments shall provide a refuse disposal area. Such area shall be screened on 4 sides(including a gate for access)
by a solid, commercial-grade wood fence,wall or equivalent material with a minimum height of 6 feet and not greater than 7
feet.
Summarv Call this office 920-236-5059 to schedule a re-inspection to verify compliance.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/10/2013
