Subject: East Central Comments—Private Interceptar Main Proposal
The East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, in accordance with Wisconsin
Administrative Code COMM. 82, s.82.20(4)(c),has reviewed the proposed private interceptor
main project for the Century Oaks Phase II development located on 1816 Vinland Road,City of
Oshkosh, Winnebago County.
East Central has determined the proposed development is within the 2030 Oshkosh Sewer
Service Area. This project is also consistent with the Sewer Service Areawide Water Quality
Management Plan elements.
A copy of this letter should be enclosed with the project plans sent to the Wisconsin Department
of Safety and Professional Services and other appropriate review agencies for their review. If you
