Introduction An inspection of your property on July 24, 2013,following your phone call of July 23, revealed the following re-occurring and
uncorrected violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance date.

Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply. .

Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to con�
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the s eduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this o�ce to verify compliance your prope�ty will
be re-inspected after August 6,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee o�$50.00
and the violation will still be required to be corrected. On-going inspections of this property will be made to verify com�iance
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to cancealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owneNcontractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/6/2013
