In response to your letter of July 11, 1985 and the
meeting of July 19, 1985 with some of the board members,
we are pleased to quote you on the following items. Our
proposal is as follows:
Item #1 - To delete all house lighting dimmers and
theatrical connective equipment as specified in
Section 16000, Article 9 for base bid. We will
furnish and install a complete conduit system,
control back boxes and a fish wire in conduit.
All work and material will comply with all national,
state and local codes.
Deduct from Contract - $24,000.00
Item #2 - Relocate the dimmer location from Room
B.06 as shown to the east wall of Room C.09. Omit
feeders from panel DP/DIM. All conduit stubbed
through common wall of Room C.09 and Room D. 10 state.
All material and labor will comply with national, state
and local codes.

proposal for connective equipment and dimming equipment. I have
received revised prices from equipment suppliers and our proposal
is as follows:
Furnish and install:
1. 8 connective strips with associated accessories
2. Grid iron junction boxes with accessories
3. 2 Apron pockets
2 Procenium pockets
4 Cydoroma pockets
1 Control booth wall pocket
4. All wire from house lights to dimmer location
5. All wire and equipment installed with final connections
at fixtures
CONDITIONS
All materiel is guaranteed to be as specified. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or
deviation from specifications involving extra costs will become an extra charge over the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents
or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workmen's Compensation
Insurance.
As required by the Wisconsin Construction Lien Law, builder hereby notifies owner that persons or companies furnishing labor or materiels for the
construction on owners land may have lien rights on owners land and buildings if not paid. Those entitled to lien rights, in addition to the
undersigned builder are those who contract directly with the owner or those who give the owner notice within 60 days after they first furnish labor or

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or
deviation from specifications involving extra coats will become an extra charge over the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents
or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully covered by Workmen's Compensation
Insurance.
As required by the Wisconsin Construction Lien Law, builder hereby notifies owner that persons or companies furnishing labor or materials for the
construction on owners lend may have lien rights on owners land and buildings if not paid. Those entitled to lien rights, in addition to the
undersigned builder are those who contract directly with the owner or those who give the owner notice within 60 days after they first furnish labor or
materials for the construction. Accordingly, owner will receive notice from those who furnish labor or materials for the constfuotIpn, And 1111P00 Wor
a copy of each notice received to hie mortgage lender if any, builder agrees to cooperate with the owner and his lender, if any, to see that all
potential lain claimants are duly paid.
WE PROPOSE to furnish labor and material — complete in accordance with above specifications,
