Contract No. 85-01, SEWER INTERCEPTOR, is hereby amended and changed as
follows:
Additional cost to the Contract for removal of Rock necessary to install
sewer interceptor. Rock was encountered along 8th St. from immediately
west of the intersection of Iowa St. to the intersection of Oregon St.
This Change Order tabulates the the total costs for all extra work
associated with the rock. The amount of this Change Order is for the
difference between the total costs attributable to the rock and the rock
costs already approved and processed on Change Orders No. 2 and No. 5.
Centennial Contractors Inc. hereby agrees that all claims associated with
rock removal have been submitted and that no further claims associated
with the rock will be submitted.
