If you have any questions regarding the requirements of this notice please contact me immediately at(920)236-5137. tem# 1 Code ss 101.647 _ Complies No _ Comply By 07/26/2013 Description The owner of a dwelling shall install a functional carbon monoxide detector in the basement of the dwelling and on each floor level except the attic, garage, or storage area of each dwelling unit. Except as provided under par. (b)the occupant of the dwelling unit shall maintain any carbon monoxide detector in that unit. (b) If any occupant gives written notice to the owner that the carbon monoxide detector is not functional,the owner shall provide,within 5 days after receipt of that notice, any maintenance necessary to make that carbon monoxide detector functional. **Install the required CO detectors. A licensed plumber is required for all work to be done in rental units. *"No permit on file for installing a new water heater or sump pump. Item\4 Code MUN 16-35A(2) Complies No Comply By 08/18/2013 Description Every outside stair, every porch, every guardrail and every appurtenance thereto shall be so constructed as to be safe to use and capable of supporting the load that normal use would cause to be placed thereon, and shall be kept in sound condition& good repair. Windows shall be free of chipped, peeling paint, loose or missing glazing compound, broken panes of glass and be weather tight. ""One of the windows in a bedroom has been caulked in place and may be the reason the window does not latch. Hoirzontai cracks were found in some courses of block. Contact a foundation repair contractor to assess the foundation and � make repairs to ensure the foundation walls will not deflect further or collapse. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified.
