Introduction An inspection of your property during a routine gateway inspection revealed the following re-occurring violations of the
Oshkosh Municipal Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. You have received
previous notice of the requirements of this code. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of this notice contact

Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking
spaces,except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings.

Description The parking of vehicles and/or recreational vehicles and trailers for sale on lawns not designated for parking is prohibited.

Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this o�ce on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after July 19,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00
and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owneNcontractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/19/2013
Office hours are M day through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Reques line at 2 - 1 noting the address, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
