Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of this

Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By O6/09/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. ""Please
remove all limbs and yard waste,as shown in the attached photos. In addition,the areas underneath the yard waste must be
properly mowed and trimmed in accordance with the requirements of item#2.*"
Item# 2 Code 17-44A Complies No Comply By 06/09/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass in excess of eight inches in length, dandelions,and weeds,and
other like vegetative growth in excess of eight inches in height, upon said land.
Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after June 9,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00
and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owneNcontractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/9/2013
Office hours are Mo day through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Reques line at 23 'S 2 oting the address, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
