Item# 1 Code 17-366&30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 08/O6/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces,except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. '*Please move the boat to the driveway or garage."* Item# 2 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 08/06/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage&debris. Garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. '*Please remove all garbage and debris from public sight, including the cardboard boxes. Garbage must remain within supplied carts and stored in accord with the requirements of this code."' Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after August 6,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
