Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on August 7,2013
to determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted in the back yard:

Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.
Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the
City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in the fee being added as a special assessment on your
property tax bill. In addition,this property is being referred to the streets department for cutting. You will be billed accordingly.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of g/6/2013

Introduction The following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Ordinances have been forwarded to this office for correction following a
complaint about tall grass and weeds in the back yard and around the house.

**Please mow and trim all tall grass and weeds, including thistle weeds, around the property.**
Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after August 6,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00
and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
