Item# 1 Code 17-366 8�17-44A Complies No Comply By 08/07/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply. ""Please mow and trim around the houses,fences and porch areas of 103 and 111 W Parkway Ave."" Item# 2 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 08l07/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage&debris. *`Please remove the debris that is by the front porch of 103 W Parkway Ave.** Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax bill. Correct the violation immediately and contact me at(920)236-5054 to verify compliance. If you fail to contact me a re-inspection will be made after August 7, 2013 to verify compliance. If you are found to still be in violation additional service fees may be issued. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
