� Introduction The following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Ordinances have been forwarded to this office for correction following a
complaint.
� Item# 1 Code 17-36B&17-44A Complies No Comply By 08/07/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.

Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage&debris.
"`Please remove the refrigerator,tires, pieces of wood and all debris from the driveway. Such items must be stored inside or
disposed of properly.**
Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after August 7,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00
and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractoMagent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/7/2013
Office hours are Mon through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Request line at 236- 8 oti the address, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
