Introduction Following a complaint, an inspection revealed an exterior light is not properly shielded and creating a nuisance to an
abutting property. See attached photo.

Description In no instance shall an exterior lighting fixture be oriented so that the lighting element is visible from an adjacent property.
Summarv The subject light will need to be shielded, re-directed and/or disabled to eliminate the glare nuisance.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/6/2013

Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number(when applicable), and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
