Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 08/01/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste. Unlicensed, non street legal and/or inoperable vehicles or Auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of public view. Item# 2 Code 30-36A(2) Complies No Comply By 08/01/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description The parking/storing of vehicles on areas not designated for parking or lawns is prohibited. "`The trailer is in violation of item#2. If it is to remain on the property it must be moved to the driveway. The car on the trailer must be rendered street legal,operable and safe for use on public streets if it is to remain on the property,and must also not be parked on the grass. In addition,all tires and debris must be stored indoors or disposed of properly, as required by item #1.*" Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s) as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after August 1,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
