Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Use or
storing upholstered furniture/furniture not intended for exterior use on open porches or lawns is prohibited.
**Please remove all upholstered furniture from the porch. Such items must be stored indoors or disposed of properly."*
Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-ins ected after Jul 26 2013. If it is found that ou are still not in com liance ou will be issued a service fee of$50.00

Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and retum it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/26/2013 __
