Introduction While conducting the rough inspection for the pation door,the following violations were noted.

Description Service entrance conductors shall be supported by staples or other approved means. 12"from service heads and enclosures,
30"intervals. Be sure the meter socket is properly attached to the building as well.

Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/20/2013
