Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of

Item# 1 Code 17-36B&30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 08/23/2013
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking
spaces,except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. *"'At inspection a vehicle was found parked outside
the driveway in an area where pavers were installed in the front yard(see item#2). All vehicles shall be parked in the driveway
or garage only.
Item# 2 Code MUN 7-8 Complies No Comply By 08/23/2013
Description No building or structure or any part thereof shall be moved, built,enlarged,altered,or demolished within the City unless a
permit is obtained. There is no permit on record for expanding the driveway at this address. **Pavers have been installed in
the front yard as well as the right-of-way without permit. Either the required permit needs to be obtained or the pavers will have
to be removed and the areas reseeded with grass.
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified.A service fee of$20 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from
the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax
bill. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 8/23/13. If it is found that you
are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment

and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/23/2013
