All grass and weeds must be maintained at 8"or less. The area behind the garage is not being maintained. Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax bill. Correct the violation immediately and contact me at(920)236-5137 to verify compliance. If you fail to contact me a re-inspection will be made after 8/9/13 to verify compliance.
