Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 07/05/2013 Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste. "*Remove the buckets,wood, plywood,garbage,debris,etc.from the exterior of the property. Items cannot be stored in the yard, driveway or porches. All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal perFormance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. **Display current license plates on all vehicles parked on site. Vehicles cannot be stored up on jacks or in an inoperable state. While making repairs vehicles can be temporarily up on jacks. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified.A service fee of$20 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax bill. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 7/5/13. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
