Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified.A service fee of$20 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax bill. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 7/5/13. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
