Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on August 13,
2013 to determine the status of the corrections. While it was noted that many of the weeds had been cut down,the following
uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted: .

Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.-

Item# 2 Code 17-366_ Complies No Comply By OSl25/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste.
"*Please remove the piles of yard waste and wood behind the shed and garage. If any wood is to remain on the property it
must be stored according to the Oshkosh Firewood Storage Code,which is detailed in item#3.The weeds that were cut down
must also be removed.""

Item# 3 Code 17-36C Complies No Comply By 08/25/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description All firewood shall be stacked neatly and in stable condition at least 12 inches to 18 inches above grade and no closer than one
(1)foot to any lot line and no higher than five(5)feet above grade except when adjacent to a fence where firewood shall be
stacked no higher than the upper-most horizontal portion of the fence. No person shall permit the infestation of mice, rats,
other rodents or insects in, under or near the stack. No person shall allow any brush,debris or refuse from the processing of
firewood to remain anywhere on the property. ;
Summarv Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not
contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after August 25,2013. If it is found that you are still
not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/25/2013

Introduction The following re-occurring violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Ordinances have been forwarded to this office for correction
following a complaint. You have received prior notification of these requirements.
Item# 1 Code 17-36B&17-44A Complies No Comply By 08/09/2013 IMMEDIATELY
