The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted: In addition, it is recommended that the dirt pile on the property be graded to help facilitate on-going property maintenance. Item# 1 Code 17-36B&17-44A Complies No Response Comply By 08/28/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply. **Please mow and trim all tall grass and weeds on the property, including around the building,the terraces and the dirt pile.** Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax bill. In addition,this property is being referred to the streets department for cutting due to no response to the notice sent. You will be billed accordingly. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after August 28, 2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of $50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
