Item# 1 Code 30-35 Complies No Comply By 09/04/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description In no instance shall an exterior lighting fixture be oriented so that the lighting element is visible from an adjacent property. Summarv As discussed with Tom, the dock light shall be turned off/disabled until the shade is installed and re-inspected to assure spillover lighting to adjacent properties has been eliminated. If compliance cannot be met by 9/4/13 as indicated in this notice, contact our office to discuss an extension of the deadline. Thank you. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/4/2013 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the a ress, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
