Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which

Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.
"*Please remove the couch from behind the house. Upholstered furniture must be stored indoors or disposed of properly.
Remove and dispose of the dead tree behind the garage.**

Description Unlicensed, non street legal and/or inoperable vehicles or Auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or
stored inside out of public view.
'*As mentioned in items#2 and#3, all vehicles on the property must be rendered operable and safe for use on public
right-of-ways or stored out of public view.*"
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you
do not contact this office to verify compliance your property willl be re-inspected after August 14,2013. If it is found that you
are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/14/2013
