Item# 1 Code 17-36B&17-44A Complies No Comply By 08/08l2013 Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. *"Trim all tall grass and weeds found around the house and back yard. Item# 2 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 08/08/2013 Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste. *'Clean up all dog feces from the yard,terrace and sidewalk and properly dispose of it. Also,there is a hot tub that is in the yard. If you intend to install the hot tub a permit is required. If you do not intend to install the tub then the tub will have to be removed from the yard. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified.A service fee of$20 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax bill. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 8/8/13. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of g/g/2013 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting th ress, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
