Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order,an inspection was made on August 12,
2013 to determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted:
Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 08/20/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage,debris and yard waste.
**Please remove all the debris from the trailer and move the trailer fully onto the driveway. The debris in the trailer must be
stored inside or disposed of properly.**
Item# 2 Code 30-36A(2) Complies No Comply By 08/20/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description The parking/storing of vehicles on areas not designated for parking or lawns is prohibited.

Item# 3 Code 17-44A Complies No Comply By 08/20/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass in excess of eight inches in length,dandelions,and weeds, and
other like vegetative growth in excess of eight inches in height, upon said land.
*'The areas of tall grass and weeds that are growing around the trailer must be cut and trimmed in accordance with the
requirements of this code.**
Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this o�ce on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after August 20, 2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of
$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and retum it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of g/20/2013
