Item# 1 Code 17-36A Complies No Comply By 12/12/2012 Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. Please repair or replace the damaged skirting around the porch. All painted areas showing deterioration must be re-painted as soon as the weather permits. In addition, if the structure in the back yard is broken fencing, it will have to be repaired. Summarv If compliance cannot be met by due dates, a schedule with dates must be submitted before the first due date and approved by this office.The schedule must be met in order for it to be valid. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
