Item# 1 Code 17-36B&17-44A Complies No Comply By 06/17/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. **Trim the long grass and weeds found along the side of the garage.
Item# 2 Code 17-36A Complies No Comply By 07/10/2013
Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner,occupant or person
authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. **Areas where paint is
chipping/peeling shall be repaired by scraping and painting or covering with a weather resistant material.
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractoNagent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/10/2013
