Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.

debris.*"

Description The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass in excess of eight inches in length,dandelions, and weeds,and
other like vegetative growth in excess of eight inches in height, upon said land. :
**Please mow and trim the areas of tall weeds beside the house and in the back yard behind the garage and in the fenceline.*'

Description The parking/storing of vehicles on areas not designated for parking or lawns is prohibited.

Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm :
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after July 12, 2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00
and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractoNagent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/12/2013
