Gravel is not a permitted surface in the City of Oshkosh and must be removed immediately. Item# 1 Code 30-35 Complies No Comply By 08/09/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description All open areas of any site not occupied by a building or parking shall be planted with turfgrass. Summarv The gravel will need to be removed and the affected area will need to be restored to turfgrass.Additionally,the area needs to be properly graded to ensure storm water run off will not adversely affect adjacent properties. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/9/2013 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at a-28 noting the address, e ' number(when applicable), and the nature of what ne ds to be inspected.
