Item# 1 Code 1736B&30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 07/01/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces,except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. `*Please move the trailer to the driveway,garage or other parking area." Item# 2 Code 17-36C Complies No Comply By 07/07/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description All firewood shall be stacked neatly and in stable condition at least 12 inches to 18 inches above grade and no closer than one (1)foot to any lot line and no higher than five(5)feet above grade except when adjacent to a fence where firewood shall be stacked no higher than the upper-most horizontal portion of the fence. No person shall permit the infestation of mice, rats, other rodents or insects in, under or near the stack. No person shall allow any brush, debris or refuse from the processing of firewood to remain anywhere on the property. *'Please stack all wood in accordance with the requirements of this code.'* Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after July 1 for item#1 and July 7 for item#2. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
