Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified.A service fee of$20 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax bill. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 7/2/13. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
