Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 07/07/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. . "All of the items of junk and debris that are scattered around the property and in the trailers must be removed or stored inside by the compliance date.*` Item# 2 Code 30-36A(2) Complies No Comply By 07/07/2013 IMMEDIATELY ' Description The parking/storing of vehicles on areas not designated for parking or lawns is prohibited. Code 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 07/07/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description All vehicles shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on pubiic right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. "The complaint received by this office specified unlicensed vehicles on the property. Please have all vehicles rendered safe and legal for performance on public right-of-ways and properly registered and displaying current plates by the compliance date or store elsewhere, out of public view. Proof of compliance must be submitted to this office.** Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after July 4, 2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owneNcontractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/7/2013 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 2 -5128 oting the address, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs o be inspected.
