Introduction WPS personnel informed the inspection department of code violations pertaining to your electrical service. I have verified the
violations and now request that you address the situation.

Description Multiconductor cables used for service drops shall be attached to buildings or other structures by fittings identified for use with
service conductors. For the support of service-drop conductors,the attachment point shall be of adequate strength or be
supported by braces or guys to withstand safely the strain imposed by the service drop.-Attachment point has failed

Description Electricians licensed with the city required to do wiring on any building that is not a single family residence owned and
occupied by the owner(commercial property).Wiring done for the purpose of rental or sale of such residences is also limited to
a licensed electrician

and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/26/2013
