Introduction An inspection of your property during inspections in the neighborhood revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh
Municipal Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions

Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved,the Ciry at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.
Summarv A service fee of$50.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from the
City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the assessed service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your
property tax bill. In addition,this property is being referred to the streets department for cutting due to no response to previous
notices sent. You will be billed accordingly.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/24/2013 __
