Item# 1 Code 30-37(B)(1) • Complies No Comply By 07/19/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No sign shall be erected prior to obtaining a bulding permit. Item# 2 Code 30-36(A)(4) Complies No Comply By 07/19/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description All vehicles shall be registered, displaying current license piates.Vehicles and/or equipment not normally associated with a residential use are prohibited from being parked or stored outdoors. Summarv This is the second and final notice regarding this matter. Continued non-compliance will result in citations being issued ($232.00 per day per violation). It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compiiance date as specified. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
