Introduction A re-inspection of your property revealed the following continued violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, as well as new
violations,which shail be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.Two signs have been instailed without
a permit and neither sign meets setback standards.Additionally, unlicensed and inopearable vehicles are being stored at
the property and need to be removed.
Item# 1 Code 30-37(B)(1) • Complies No Comply By 07/19/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No sign shall be erected prior to obtaining a bulding permit.
Item# 2 Code 30-36(A)(4) Complies No Comply By 07/19/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description All vehicles shall be registered, displaying current license piates.Vehicles and/or equipment not normally associated with a
residential use are prohibited from being parked or stored outdoors.
Summarv This is the second and final notice regarding this matter. Continued non-compliance will result in citations being issued
($232.00 per day per violation). It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before
the compiiance date as specified.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the ownerlcontractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/19/2013
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Request line at 23 - noting the address, permit number.(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
