Item# 1 Code 17-36A Complies No Comply By 05/15/2013 Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. *"Areas where paint is chipping/peeling shall be repaired by scraping and painting or covering with a weather resistant material. Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you are unable to make the necessary repairs by the listed compliance date(s), please submit a schedule of corrections to be made, along with competion dates.
