O. MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
The Common Council for the City of Oshkosh may convene into closed
session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin Statutes to confer
with legal counsel who will give legal advice concerning strategy to be
adopted in anticipation of litigation in which the City may become involved
pertaining to the Wastewater Treatment facility WPDES Permit reissued
June 24, 2013 effective July 1, 2013 and with respect to litigation in
which the City is involved pertaining to property located at 1118 South Main
Street (the former Buckstaff factory).
