Item# 1 Code 16-35A(3) Complies No Comply By 05/30/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description Cracked/damaged/leaking fixtures or other plumbing conditions,which create un-sanitary conditions or unusable fixtures, shall be replaced/repaired by a licensed plumber with permit. **Leaks were found on supply piping in the basement. Contact a plumber to make repairs or replace the piping. CITATION ISSUED. Item# 2 Code 20-8A Complies No Comply By 05/30/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description No person shall perform or permit the performance of any plumbing work without properly obtaining a permit. A licensed plumber is required for all work to be done in rental units. ""It was reported that Shaun from your maintenance staff replaced the copper piping that had frozen and ruptured. Only licensed plumbers may replace firxures and piping in rental properties. Item# 3 Code 16-34A(3)(a) Complies No Comply By 05/30/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description Every outlet and fixture shall be properly installed and shall be maintained in a good and safe working condition and shall be connected to the source of the electric power in a safe manner. Item# 4 Code 16-35A(4) Complies No Comply By 05/30/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description Every chimney and smoke pipe shall be adequately supported, reasonably clean and maintained in good state of repair. "*Ventint for the water heater is rusted and deteriorating by the connection to the chimney. Chimney did not appear to have a chimney liner installed for venting the water heater. Replace the rusted venting and have a liner installed to vent the water heater. Item# 5 Code 16-33A(3) Complies No _ Comply By 05/30/2013 IMMEDIATELY Description Every required kitchen sink, lavatory basin, bathtub and shower shall be properly connected with both hot and cold potable water, and every flush water closet shall be properly connected to a supply of water adequate in volume and pressure for flushing purposes. **No water pressure for the bathroom sink on the 2nd floor. Water just trickled out. 20937 Page 1 of 2 ,Item# 6 Code 16-35A(1)(a) Complies No Comply By O6/19/2013 Description Every floor,floor covering,wall, ceiling, kitchen counters&tops,cupboards&exterior doors etc shall be kept in good repair. *'At inspection storm windows did not fit the frames on the porch-were duct taped at the tops,window screens found duct taped,wall patches were not finished and painted, holes in the walls where the plumbing repairs were attempted were not dry walled back in, hole in the bathroom door and duct tape was found across the vinyl flooring to keep it down. CITATION ISSUED.
