HomeMy WebLinkAbout18. 13-318 JUNE 25, 2013 13-318 RESOLUTION (CARRIED___6-0___ LOST _______ LAID OVER _______ WITHDRAWN _______) PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT / UW-OSHKOSH REACH COUNSELING / UTILIZE CITY STREETS FOR FOX VALLEY TAKE BACK THE NIGHT EVENT / OCTOBER 9, 2013 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to UW-Oshkosh Reach Counseling (Marianne Radley) to utilize city streets: High Avenue, Division Street, Algoma Boulevard on Wednesday, October 9, 2013 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for their Fox Valley Take Back the Night event in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services.
