HomeMy WebLinkAbout17. 13-317 JUNE 25, 2013 13-317 RESOLUTION (CARRIED___6-0___LOST________LAID OVER________WITHDRAWN________) PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT / LIFE PROMOTIONS, INC. / UTILIZE SUNNYVIEW EXPOSITION AT WINNEBAGO COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS FOR THEIR LIFEST EVENT / JULY 11, 12, 13 & 14, 2013 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to Life Promotions, Inc. (John Dougherty) to utilize the Sunnyview Exposition at Winnebago County Fairgrounds on Thursday, July 11, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Friday, July 12, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., Saturday, July 13, 2013, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., and Sunday, July 14, 2013, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for their Lifefest Event in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A. B. C. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that as a condition of approval, the Event Organizer shall pay the City’s actual costs for extraordinary services.
