CITY MANAGER ANNOUNCEMENTS & STATEMENTS L. MOTION TO GO INTO CLOSED SESSION (City Manager's Office, Room 402, City Hall) The Common Council may convene into Closed Session pursuant to Sections 19.85(1)(e) and 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin State Statues for the purposes of negotiating the acquisition of public property required for the Upgrade to the Public Works Field Operation Facility along the 3 rd Avenue corridor where competitive and bargaining reasons require a closed session and conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering advice concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation in which it is likely to become involved relative to the purchase of properties for this project.
