Introduction The BOA denied your variance requests on 7/10/13. Per our phone discussion 7/26/13 you will have until 9/1/13 to make the
necessary modification to your driveway to meet code standards. If you have any question please call our offices @j

Description Driveways are not permitted to be wider than the garage.The minimum side yard setback past the rear facade of the
principal structure is 3'per the approved site plan.The side yard setback between the front and rear facades is 6"minimum.
Corrective action is required.Call with any questions.
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/23/2013
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection

be corrected.

required.
