Introduction Our office has been notified that the existing garage was removed from this property and another garage moved onto the
existing slab without the required permits and/or inspections.

Description A permit is required for removing the existing garage and for placing a new garage/used garage on the propery. Due to the
fact that this property is zoned Commercial the new garage will have different setbacks than the existing garage(rear yard
19'2", side yard 10',distance to the building 10'). In addition a minimum of two code compliant parking spaces will be
required within a garage or by an off street parking area. The old garage was grandfathered in but since it was taken down
the new requirements apply.
Summarv A permit is required to be obtained within the next 15 days for constructing a garage and/or an off street parking area. If the
garage is allowed it will need to be placed on a newly constructed slab that meets all setback requirements. The existing
garage slab would not meet the minimum code requirements. Permits can be obtained Monday through Friday from

Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractoNagent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/10/2013
