Introduction The following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Ordinances have been forwarded to this office for correction following a
complaint.

Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.

Description No owner or occupant of any lot or premises within the City shall permit or allow the limbs, boughs, branches or leaves of any
tree or shrub upon his premises or in the sidewalk, street or alley in front of his premises or the premises occupied by him to
grow so as to obstruct or intertere with the free passage of vehicular or pedestrian traffic upon said streets or sidewalks.
All limbs of trees/shrubs which project over a public sidewalk, less than eight(8)feet above the surtace thereof or less than fen
(10)feet above the surFace of a public street.
Summarv A service fee of$20.00 will be charged as a result of this notice. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled
due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you do not contact this office to verify compliance your property will
be re-inspected after May 27,2013. If it is found that you are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00
and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
�olations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/27/2013
