Item# 1 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 04/30/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. ""Clean up
all junk and debris from the yard and remove it from the premises.

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking
spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. **Vehicles cannot be parked in any part of the yard.
Vehicles were found parked in the back yard. Also,vehicles have been driving on the vacant lots on Grand St as well. A
driveway and parking area was supposed to be installed to provide parking. Until the parking area is installed vehicles cannot
be parked on site.
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you
do not contact this office to verify compliance your property willl be re-inspected after 4/30/13. If it is found that you are still not
in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/30/2013
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
