Introduction During an inspection of your neighboring property the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code were found which
shall be corrected immediately:
Item# 1 Code 17-366&30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 05/07/2013 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking
spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. **At inspection a truck was parked in the yard. :
Vehicles can only be parked in the designated parking areas(driveway or garage). The gravel driveway at this property ends
by the front of the house. Move the truck to the gravel driveway.
Item# 2 Code 17-366 Complies No Comply By 05/07/2013 IMMEDIATELY

nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. "'Remove
the junk, debris,garbage,furniture not intended for exterior use, etc.from the yard.
Summarv It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as .
specified.A service fee of$20 will be charged as a result of this notice. The fee will be invoiced under a separate mailing from
the City of Oshkosh. Failure to pay the service fee will result in fee being added as a special assessment on your property tax
bill. If you do not contact this o�ce to verify compliance your property will be re-inspected after 5/7/13. If it is found that you
are still not in compliance you will be issued a service fee of$50.00 and the violation will still be required to be corrected
Yolations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractoNagent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and retum it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/7/2013
