Item # 1 Code MUN 16- 33A(7) Compliance No Compliance Date 07/23/2010 IMMEDIATELY Description All dwelling units, vacant or occupied, shall be provided with working, approved smoke detectors one each in the basement 07/16/2010 first and second floors. Common area smoke detectors (basements) are the sole responsibility of the property owner. The owner shall replace batteries once per year or at the beginning of new tenancies. Written responsibilities shall be given to the Last occupants concerning smoke detectors. Tampering or removing the batteries from smoke detectors will result in immediate Updated Icitations if any further violations are found. Item # 2 Code MUN 16 Compliance No Compliance Date 07/23/2010 IMMEDIATELY Description !Every floor, floor covering, wall, ceiling, kitchen counters & tops, cupboards & exterior doors etc shall be kept in good repair. 07/16/2010 The kitchen ceiling is in poor condition. Missing and unkeyed plaster pose a hazard. Due to the condition of the ceiling the suspended ceiling and grid shall be removed and 5/8 inch drywall shall be installed to provide fire separation between the Last upper and lower units. Plumbing or electrical repairs may be needed as a result of replacing the ceiling. All work shall be Updated done by licensed contractors. Item # 3 Code MUN 20 - 8 Compliance No Compliance Date 07/23/2010 IMMEDIATELY Description No person shall perform or permit the performance of any plumbing work without properly obtaining a permit. A licensed 07/16/2010 lumber is required for all work to be done in rental units. No permit is on file for replacement of water heaters. A licensed plumber shall obtain the permit and take responsibility for the installation.
